Popular TV actor Johnny Githui was on Friday night injured in an accident on Landhies road near Muthurwa market in Nairobi.
Johnny, popularly known as Ras for his role in Citizen TV show Mother-in-Law, survived with minor injuries.

The accident happened on the evening of Friday, December 25.
The actor’s car is said to have collided head-on with a matatu.

Pictures circulating online show the shaken actor at the scene of the accident with blood on his shirt and swollen lips.
Apart from the injuries no other fatalities were reported.
