More Details:

Jeff Koinange’s residence in Kitisuru, Nairobi, was targeted by burglars in the early hours of April 28, 2016.

The intruders accessed the property through a small gate leading to a stream, overpowered the watchman by tying him up, and proceeded to steal electronics, including computers and DVDs. Fortunately, Koinange was present at the time but escaped unharmed.

In a separate incident in 2020, Koinange faced the threat of his two four-bedroom villas in Kitisuru being auctioned due to a KSh 130 million mortgage debt.

However, he successfully negotiated a repayment deal with NCBA Bank, preventing the auction and retaining ownership of the properties .
