Kenyans have bashed Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa for turning a christian worship song to a praise song for the Deputy President William Ruto.
The Malindi MP was referring to the Deputy President Development track record in building roads during his time as the Deputy President.
Kenyans however saw the song as blasphemous as it is popularly identified as a worship song in churches. The irony was that she was singing the song in a church set up.

Jumwa who had joined DP Ruto for a church service at the church where she went on to demand Matiang’i’s resignation over the recent gold scam saga.
She said that Matiang’i allowed the General Service Unit (GSU) to guard the homes of those she considered criminals.
“How can you use General Service Unit to safeguard the home of those involved in the criminal activity?” she said.
