Monday February 24, 2013 – Supporters of Jubilee luminary Uhuru Kenyatta, for the past few days have been planning for a heroic welcome of CORD‘s presidential flagbearer Raila odinga tomorrow in Kiambu County.
The supporters have been going round the populous county urging Kiambu residents to turn up in large numbers and receive the Prime Minister in “jubilation” and demonstrate that Jubilee Alliance is a peaceful coalition.
The Jubilee supporters have further been asked to turn for the rally donning the red-TNA –T-shirts and caps to send a message to the Prime Minister that the area “never rains but pours jubilations”.
Some have even gone a step further of hiring vehicles of ferrying TNA supporters to the rally.
Outgoing Juja MP William Kabogo, who is vying for the governor seat in the populous county, is the man behind the initiative, aimed at showing Kenyans that Kiambu County practices mature politics.
