Ahead of the extraordinary summit of the African Union in Addis Ababa on Friday, Foreign Affairs Secretary Amina Mohammed is setting a defiant tone, telling the International Criminal Court ICC to consider delaying the crimes against humanity charges trial of President Uhuru Kenyatta. At a rare press conference on the steps of the foreign ministry offices on Wednesday, Ambassador Amina Mohammed said there is no precedent anywhere in the world where a sitting president has been dragged to court. And as Brenda Wanga reports, the statement by the foreign affairs secretary now opens the question whether President Kenyatta will attend trial scheduled for next month
