Navigating the American Education System Workshop in Atlanta Georgia
You are cordially invited to to participate in a unique workshop titled ‘Navigating the American Education System‘ aimed at educating and building parental proficiency in the American Education system primarily targeting minorities.
Research consistently supports the essential role the family plays in children’s healthy development and academic success. The data indicates that students at all grade levels do better academic work and have more positive school attitudes, higher aspirations, and other positive behaviors if their parents are knowledgeable, encouraging, and involved in their children’s education.
Some of the key topics will be internships, funding, sports & scholarships, discipline, drugs and so much more. We will also open it for a Q & A and give you the opportunity to ask the panel any questions that you might have.
Purpose
The purpose of this Workshop is to increase the academic achievement of students by increasing parental proficiency in navigating the American educational system.
