Raila Odinga has settled the differences between oppositions bigwigs Moses Wetangula and Wycliffe Oparanya a day after he was accused of doing little to protect his co-principal’s presidential ambitions.
The differences had seen Oparanya frustrate the Bungoma senetor from launching his presidential bid in Kakamega’s historic Muliro Gardens.
It is reported that an agreement was reached after a closed-door meeting at Raila’s rural home in Bondo.
According to the report by Citizen digital, Moses Wetangula will now proceed with his presidential bid launch on Saturday,April 2.
According to the FORD-Kenya allied politicians, Raila’s  earlier silence was an  endorsement of the hostility against Wetangula.
“If the coalition leader cannot tame Oparanya because he is from his team, we shall reconsider our position in the coalition,” Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa is quoted by the Star on Friday, March 25.
Kanduyi MP Wafula Wamunyinyi also wondered why Raila Odinga had remained silent as one of his co-principal is openly harassed by Kakamega county ODM leadership.
Kakamega county senator Bonny Khalwale had  also condemned the hostility against Moses Wetangula saying its a bad sign coming from a senior ODM leader.
