Kenya’s Internationally Re-Known Michael Armitage is an artist who was born in 1984. He studied at Slate and Royal Acadamy, London. Michael Armitage has had numerous gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and at the White Cube, Hong Kong.
Michael is the expressionist marvel in modern art. He is celebrated around the world as the most talented artist of his generation. Michael happens to have his roots in Kijabe.
He is the grand child of Pastor Timothy Kamau of Bibilia Husema Studios, Kijabe. His uncle is professor Teddy Njoroge Kamau senior columnist for Diaspora Messenger.
