PHOTOS: Car Drives into a Kenyan Community Church in Orlando Florida
A driver mistook a Kenyan church building to be an Orlando interstate highway, driving into the Kenyan community church,the Streams Of Life Worship Center. The car veered off the highway, drove through a brush fence, through the front door and ended up deep inside the church building.
According to reports, the accident happened on a rainy Thursday and no one was in the building. Pictures taken by a parishioner shows the car with its lights still on packed deep inside the worship center. The building was heavily damaged.
Streams of life worship center whose pastor is John Kipeen is meeting at a temporary building on 475 S Kirkman Road in Orlando. The community is devastated and is in the process of assessing the damage in order to see whether the worship center is repairable.
In the mean time the pastor has called on believers to rejoice with them that no one was in the building at the time and to hold them in prayer as they try to find another place for worship.
