President mwai Kibaki has assented to the traffic ammendment Act 2012 that seeks to ammend various sections of the traffic act that has enhanced penalties for various traffic offences. Among the ammendments is the requirement that drivers of public service vehicles undergo physical fitness tests after every two years, while conductors are required to be employed on a more permanent basis
