Tuesday, the 4th of December 2012 – After being the first to break the news that Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto were this afternoon discussing whether or not to include UDF’s Musalia Mudavadi as a coalition partner in their newly formed alliance, the Kenyan DAILY POST can now confirm that the three leaders have signed a pre-election agreement at the at Laico Regency Hotel in Nairobi.

The specifics of the new deal are still unknown but the Kenya DAILY POST understands that the document has already been rushed to the office of the Registrar of Political Parties, Lucy Ndung’u.

The deal comes just a day after Uhuru and Ruto officially signed a pre-election pact at Nairobi’s Jevanjee Gardens bringing an end to months of speculation on whether the two ICC suspects would tie their fates together going into the March 2013 general elections.
