Makadara MP has been having this crazy hair style, and just when we though he was about to get rid of it, he appeared in Parliament with a fresher one. It’s ingenious of him, and before we judge him for ‘indecent’ behaviour, we should probably just read the message it carries; PEACE. Maybe he means well after all.
