“Move with speed in ensuring that the unregistered SIM cards are disabled completely. We do not want unscrupulous people to use them in perpetrating criminal activities,” the President said.

The President spoke Wednesday at State House, Nairobi, during a meeting with Chief Executive Officers of the four Mobile Phone Companies in the country. The CEOs were Bob Collymore of Safaricom, Madhur Taneja of yuMobile, Shivan Bhargava of Airtel and  Mickael Ghossein of Orange.
