Kenyan beauty queen Faith Waithera will be representing the country at the Exquisite Face Of the Universe in Lagos, Nigeria, on December 19. The pageant is a unique international beauty and modelling contest that aims to showcase the advancements of Africa’s Eco Tourism. Since the first edition in 2008, it has been held in Ghana for four consecutive years and hosted by former Ghanaian President, John Osei Kuffor.
Some of the world’s most beautiful women from more than 60 countries across all the continents are expected to converge in Lagos for a series of activities leading up to the finale event; including talent auditions, swimsuit contest, fashion show and charity ball.
The Exquisite Face of the Universe pageant has become one of the biggest beauty pageants to reckon with in Africa and will see Nigeria hosting 60 international ambassadors all contesting for the crown.-The Star
