After the High Commissioner had presented his Credentials to Her majesty Queen Elizabeth II, he was escorted from Buckingham Palace back to his office at Portland Place by Mr. Alistair Harrison, Her Majestyโs Marshall of the Diplomatic Corps, and the two horse carriages are seen arriving at the High Commissioner’s office carrying ย the Deputy High Commissioner Amb.
