The Asset Finance unit in Chase Bank has been on a growing on a positive trajectory since it was established in 2012. To celebrate our 3rd year anniversary, we planned events across the country to appreciated our motor vehicle dealers. To appreciate the big role they continue to play in referring clients to Chase Bank for car financing as well as interact with the Chase Bank Asset Finance staff. The event was for the dealers to purely relax and have a good time, with great food, drinks, service and ambiance. The dealers were given a chance to challenge each other with a make-shift race track, which helped lighten things up.
To this effect, we have rolled out a reward scheme titled, “Deals on Wheels”. The reward scheme is aimed at rewarding the motor vehicle dealers once they refer clients to Chase Bank. The mechanism is such that the dealers earn points based on a certain criteria, which will be communicated by the Relationship Managers. The awards are given quarterly (KES 20,000) and there will be a grand price at the end (KES 150,000).
