Sports Cabinet Secretary Hassan Wario’s ex-wife is seeking Sh400,000 on a monthly basis for basic needs.
Dima Huyo said in her suit that she will use the money for rent, food, medical expenses, transport and entertainment.
The two got married on September 6, 1997 and were granted divorce before the Superior Court in England on May 3, 2012.

Huyo told a Nairobi court on Tuesday that they did not have children.
The woman said she helped Wario attain the CS post while they were still married in the UK. She said she paid part of his school fees.

Justice Isaac Lenaola transferred the matter to the family division saying there was nothing constitutional about it.
