Devolution Conference host Anne Waiguru, Deputy President William Ruto, Rachel Shebesh and Senator Ledama Olekina among others graced the event.

President Kenyatta had earlier in the day opened the 6th annual conference – a five-day meeting that brings together county, government officials and other stakeholders in discussing devolution.
