After twenty years of architectural quest through education and employment in the industry; with 9 of those years dedicated to lecturing at the School of Arts and Design at the University of Nairobi; and after being a founding partner of one of the most prolific Architecture firms and leading it for 10 years; Leonard Mcharo together with a team of highly capable and passionate individuals formed TSAVO on July 31st, 2015.

Since then TSAVO has focused on real estate for investment purposes, offering apartments for sale towards generating rental income. The establishment is complete and all the units sold out. We are currently at 85% tenancy with ongoing progress towards full occupancy. The project comprises of 104 units of studios and convertible units located in Embakasi. The units here have all been sold out and tenancy is at 40% in the first month of letting. Coral Bells in Thindigua is a development comprising of studios and one-bedroom units. Phase 1 and Phase 2 are completely sold out. Finishes are being done in Phase 1, while Phase 2 construction is at the second floor. Royal Suburbs is a project based in Roysambu it is mainly comprised of studios and one-bedroom apartments. Studios are priced at KES.1.6 M and one bedroom at KES.2.6 M. The ground breaking will be in March 2019. It will have cascading gardens on the rooftop, basement parking, exceptional architecture, robust quality finishes, and an elevator.

  • TSAVO STUDIOS in Embakasi

TSAVO Studios is a project based in Embakasi it is mainly comprised of studios and one-bedroom apartments. The studios are priced at KES.1.45 M and one bedroom at KES.2.3 M. The project will be launched in March 2019. It will have a rooftop terrace, parking, exceptional architecture, robust quality finishes, shops, and an elevator.
