Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi on Thursday engaged popular media personality Felix Odiwuor, popularly known as Jalang’o, in a live interview that touched on various issues ranging from politics to business. Oscar Sudi appeared quite happy discussing Jalang’o’s ventures and achievements.
In a surprise move, Sudi congratulated Jalang’o on losing his job. He said this had created a new opportunity for the comedian to grow. Oscar Sudi’s happiness about Jalang’o growing from this event was evident.
The controversial MP said he was a firm believer in entrepreneurship. He stated he was able to succeed where even those who were more educated than him could not attain. Jalang’o featured in a conversation where Oscar Sudi showed satisfaction with the unfolding events. He seemed happy about how Jalang’o was handling things.

Jalang’o responded by referencing President Uhuru Kenyatta whose family owns Mediamax Limited. The company has been criticized over the manner it fired numerous journalists early this week. The conversation about being fired seemed to make Oscar Sudi happy about Jalang’o’s pivot to better opportunities.
“Lakini unajua huko ndio kwa Mzee mwenye (that is the big man’s place),” Jalang’o said.
“Wewe wacha, huyo hajawai uma shida ndio anafanyia watu hiviyo (He has never experienced poverty that’s why he treated you that way),” the MP said.
On politics, Sudi said he would not defend his seat on a Jubilee ticket. He argued that the party’s reputation had been badly tainted. Despite this, Oscar Sudi remained happy and enthusiastic, just like his feelings towards Jalang’o handling the job loss.
