Kabuga Video:Did John Allan Namu err this time, who is fooling who
Police have presented a man they claim NTV presented as Rwanda’s genocide fugitive Felicien Kabuga. Daniel Muthee Ngeera claims that some of the pictures used by NTV, in the investigative report “In The Footsteps of Kabuga” are indeed his own, although he says he doesn’t know who took them or when they were taken. Police have also denied Michael Seroney working in the military, leaving numerous questions over events surrounding Kabuga’s whereabouts. NTV’s Ben Kitilli reports.
