On October 5th 2012, Evangelistย Isabella Mwango lost her beloved sister, Gladys Kariuki.ย She was undergoing open heart surgery in Madras Mission Hospital in India.ย Unfortunately, the surgery did not go well and she went to Heaven to be with Jesus.
Gladys was a loving wife, mother, aunt, sister and daughter. Gladys was born on May 26, 1974 to Drusilla and Meshack Omariba of Mokomoni โ Nyamira, Kenya.
She is survived by her husband Geoffrey Kariuki of Nyamira, Kenya and their three children: Alvin, Benedict and Cristobel Kairiuki.
She was sister to Evangelist Isabella Mwango, (Vessel for Honor International Ministry), San Jose CA, Flora Sexton of Mountain View CA, Evelyn Onuonga of MN, Israel Omariba of MN, Walter Omariba Of Ottawa, Canada and Grace Oeba Musa of Nakuru.
She was auntie to Eric Musa of Mountain View, CA and was cousin to Derek Rasugu of MN, David Gitiro of Calgary, Canada and Esther Moindi of Texas.
Friends and family are gathering forย prayer and fundraising meetings to offset the hospital expenses. Times and location below:
The first meeting will be held this Sunday, October 7th 2012 @ 3pm and every evening during next week at Evangelist Isabella Mwango’s house in San Jose, CA.
