THE ICC – “INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT” HAS FAILED IN ITS MANDATE BY TURNING A BLIND EYE TO ATROCITIES IN OTHER COUNTRIES BY THE WESTERN, THE CIVIL WAR IN SYRIA AND THE ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN CONFLICT BUT UNFAIRLY AND DISCRIMINATORY TARGETING AFRICA’S HEADS OF STATE.

In the Kenyan cases, the ICCs’ shoddy investigation on 2007/08 election violence cases, the use of coached and procured witnesses from thedreaded Mungiki sect to fix President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto, the calls by pro-ICC lobby led by Western Embassies in Kenya, foreign-funded and directed civil society supporters is a clear expression of their colonial arrogance. Remember the famous quote “Choices has consequences’”The Kenya cases demonstrate that the ICC is “proxy”for the West on a mission to destabilize the duly elected Uhuru-Ruto Jubilee government.
Without any fear of contradiction, the ICC indictments without proper evidence of H.E the President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy, Hon. William Ruto, “winners”of the last general elections and now the “occupants for political high office” in Land in spite of attempts by powerful Western nations, elites in Kenyan pro-ICC lobby and civil society to block them from power by ‘all means necessary’, the current calls for dialogue and Referendum “meant to derail the Jubilee” by the western funded and favoured political alliance CORD is a clear conspiracy to make Kenya ungovernable.
The ICC has no respect of Sovereignty of African countries and therefore has been used as a weapon in the arsenal of the Western political rehabilitation of neo-colonial and imperial supremacy in Africa.When I observe what has happened in North Africa after the foreign funded “Arab spring”, in Libya, in Ivory Coast, in Mali and in Central Africa Republic today etc… I feel traumatized by fear that probably there’s a plot to wreck Kenya in pursuit of the neo-colonial and imperialist interest in the corn of Africa.
Africa and African leaders are the victims of their own old colonial loyalties and their awakening or rather renewed call for Pan-Africanism “a United – Reconciling Africa”.
Let’s hope that President Barrack Obama will come out clear in regards to the future Western countries-Africa political and economical relationship during the three-day U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit.
Let’s hope that the ICC shall drop and terminate definitely and unconditionally the Kenyan cases against President Uhuru Kenyatta, his Deputy William Ruto and Sang .
