The Kenya Diaspora wish to put up a petition in constitutional court to repeal Chapter 6 Section 78(2) that states
“Anyone with Dual Citizenship cannot be appointed or elected as a state officer in Kenya without first denouncing their foreign nationality. Sign up to support this petition to repeal this section of the constitution. We are targetting 1 million signatures.
