Musalia Mudavadi supporters stun Raila Odinga in Vihiga
ODM leader Raila Odinga had to cut short his address in Majengo,Vihiga county after supporters of Musalia Miudavadi started chanting.
It is said the chants were so immense that Raila could hardly pass his message at a time he has toured the region to solidify his political base.
They were asking Raila Odinga to support Musalia Mudavadi for the presidency in the 2017 General Election.
Raila Odinga started his tour in Vihiga county and is expected to finalise it with a visit to Busia county, home to Ababu Namwamba who has since quit his position in ODM and turned a critic of the former prime minister
Vihiga county overwhelmingly voted for Musalia Mudavadi in the 2013 General Election with Raila emerging second in the Luhya-dominated county.
It is thus a political base to the Amani leader who was once a staunch supporter of Raila Odinga before they fell out in the run up to the 2013 General Election.
