Party leader Ken Lusaka announced that members would join the Jubilee Party.
The announcement came after the partyโs National Executive Committee meeting Monday.
The move came a day after rebel Orange Democratic Movement legislators Ababu Namwamba and John Waluke held talks with Mr Lusaka, who is also the Bungoma governor.
After the meeting, the leaders announced that a โpolitical tsunamiโ was likely to take shape in the predominantly opposition region.
