Although few can afford a pricey Kenyan safari to see elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and wildebeests, anyone can take a quick trip to Easton’s First Presbyterian Church to taste an authentic, home-cooked Kenyan dinner.
Two Kenyan couples — Maggie and Ben Muthoka and Anthony and Susan “Sherrie” Moki — will take charge of the kitchen Saturday to prepare and serve Kenyan favorites including Ugali, Sukuma Wiki, Chapati, Kachumbari and Mandazi, plus Samosas, Beef Pilau and Cardamom Chicken.
