Anastasia has been involved in ministry both in Kenya and USA.  Specifically, her ministry with Kenyan Christian Fellowship in America can be summarized by the statement below, from Rev. Wambui Njoroge (Director KCFA Department of Women Ministry 2005-2013).

“To me she is more than many daughters and leaders. She is unique…a wife to Rev. Mariga, a mother to Precious and Princess Kioni,  a friend and a KCFA leader to many women.

She is a member of KCFA Indiana Chapter too. She has been the driving force for www.kcfawomen.net.  She helped implement that vision. Even in her absence, we have followed her guidance and worked those she mentored for the work.

She is a leader who did not complain but rather demonstrated faith by actions…department of women (DOW) could count on her to be there to represent Indiana even if she was the only one showing up at the Northern Region.  And when I needed a shoulder to cry on, she came to my home in Tifton, GA….”

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Mr. Mariga’s home 8129, Whitham Indianapolis, IN 46237 from 7pm to 9pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Viewing and memorial service will be held on Friday March 21st 2014 at 5.30 pm to 9 pm at Life Point Church, 8540 Combs Road, Indianapolis Indiana, 46237.
