The mother of a child allegedly sired by former Speaker Kenneth Marende four years ago want him committed to civil jail.
Jennifer Nkowua through lawyer Jane Nyaboke said Marende has not made any attempt to pay Sh457,000 he was ordered to pay on January 30 by the court.
