Hellen Kwamboka murder suspect arrested: Directorate of Criminal Investigation officers have arrested a man in connection to the murder of police officer attached to Parliament, Hellen Kwamboka.
Mr. Erick Onyono Nyakundi was nabbed in his hideout at Swam Town in Mt. Elgon after being trailed for a week.The body of Hellen Kwamboka was found lying on her bed with deep cuts in the forehead in her house in Umoja Estate, Nairobi on last Saturday.

Police believed she was stabbed and strangled, before the suspect locked the body inside her house and fled the scene.
No murder weapon was recovered at the scene.Kwamboka is said to have last reported to work on May 23, and left for home at around 7pm.Police say that it was the last time she was seen in public.
