In the photo, which was taken at State House on Sunday evening during a visit by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the two ministers are seen walking hand in hand behind the premier and President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The President and the Premier were in State House for bilateral talks and a joint press conference.

Tourism Ministry on Sunday shared the photo prompting tweeps to react.
